Consent to Personal Data Processing for a Leinge Pilot or Cooperation Request

1. Controller

I freely, voluntarily and in my own interest consent to the processing of my personal data by the following Controller:

Leinge is the name of the project and website administered by Individual Entrepreneur Igor Evgenyevich Lebezov.

2. Purpose of consent

The purpose of processing is to receive and consider my pilot or cooperation request, contact me, clarify my requirements, identify a possible form of cooperation, prepare an offer and conduct negotiations at my initiative.

Submitting the form does not in itself conclude a contract, provide access to the service or create an obligation for the Controller to start a pilot.

This consent does not cover marketing or news emails. Those require separate optional consent.

3. Personal data

I consent to the processing of the information I provide in the form. Email address and name are required to submit a request. Organization name, area of interest and a comment are optional:

  1. email address;
  2. name;
  3. organization name, if provided;
  4. selected area of interest, if provided;
  5. comment and description of the task, if provided;
  6. request identifier, submission date and time;
  7. the version of this consent and the fact that the separate checkbox was selected;
  8. IP address, browser type and other minimum technical information needed to demonstrate consent, protect the form and prevent abuse;
  9. subsequent business correspondence, clarifications and negotiation-status records.

The form does not support file uploads.

4. Restrictions on request contents

The form must not be used to submit:

  • third-party personal data without a lawful basis;
  • passports or other identity documents;
  • special categories of personal data or biometric personal data;
  • payment details;
  • passwords, access keys or secrets;
  • information protected as a state, banking, medical or other legally protected secret;
  • DWG files, project documentation or other files.

If such information is submitted unnecessarily, the Controller may delete it without considering the corresponding part of the request.

5. Processing operations and methods

Consent covers the collection, recording, organization, accumulation, storage, updating, retrieval and use of data; granting access to persons processing data on the Controller's instructions; and blocking, deletion and destruction.

Processing is automated or combines automated and manual methods, with transmission over the Internet.

The Controller does not disseminate, publish or sell the data, use it to train artificial intelligence models or carry out automated profiling.

6. Where data is processed

The primary request record and consent record are stored only in Leinge's database on a Russian server provided by Individual Entrepreneur Gleb Aleksandrovich Artamanov (SkyStark), INN 500717486839, OGRNIP 312500724100057. The server is physically located at the RU-MSK-UGR data centre, Building 147, 2 Ugreshskaya Street, Pechatniki Municipal District, Moscow, 115088, Russia. The Controller views requests through the Leinge administration panel. Web request contents are not automatically duplicated by email.

Hosting, the backend, request database and consent log are serviced by Individual Entrepreneur Gleb Aleksandrovich Artamanov (SkyStark). Processing covers request information, consent records and technical logs, and takes place at the RU-MSK-UGR data centre at the Moscow address above.

Corporate email at support@leinge.com is serviced by VK Digital Technologies LLC, VK WorkSpace, in the Russian Federation. The mailbox contains only messages actually exchanged by the user and the Controller in subsequent correspondence; the original web request is not automatically copied there.

Yandex SmartCaptcha, provided by Yandex.Cloud LLC, protects the form. It receives the IP address, HTTP headers, form address, technical request parameters and verification token. It does not receive form field contents.

Yandex Metrica does not receive request contents and may be used only after separate cookie consent and completion of a production cookie inventory.

7. Processing period

If no contract is concluded, request data and business correspondence are processed for 3 months from the last substantive interaction between me and the Controller, or until earlier withdrawal of consent.

A substantive interaction is a new reply, clarification, meeting proposal, discussion of terms or another message addressing the substance of the request. An automated notification does not extend the period.

If negotiations result in a contract, data needed to enter into and perform that contract may be processed on an independent lawful basis for the contract term and mandatory retention periods for accounting, tax and contractual records. Before such processing begins, the Controller will provide the applicable contract terms and update the documents if the data categories change.

Once the period expires, the request is deleted from Leinge's operational database. If correspondence about the request took place through support@leinge.com, the related messages are deleted under the same retention period unless an independent lawful ground for retaining them exists. The backup on the Russian server is cleared during the next rotation, no later than 30 calendar days after deletion from the operational database.

A minimal record demonstrating the fact, contents and withdrawal of consent may be retained in the Russian database for 3 years after processing ends.

8. Withdrawal of consent

I may withdraw consent:

  • by emailing support@leinge.com with the subject "Consent withdrawal - pilot/cooperation";
  • by writing to 25/13 Panfilova Street, Podolsk, Moscow Region, 142103, Russia.

The request should identify the contact details used in the application. The Controller may ask for reasonable proof of identity.

Following withdrawal, the Controller stops processing based on consent and deletes the data unless another lawful ground exists. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before it was received and does not stop processing objectively necessary to perform an existing contract or comply with a statutory obligation.

9. User confirmations

By selecting the separate checkbox and submitting the form, I confirm that:

  • I have read this consent and the Privacy Policy;
  • I provide my data voluntarily;
  • I have provided my own contact details or am authorized to use the organization's business contacts;
  • I am not submitting third-party data or prohibited information;
  • if contacting the Controller on behalf of a company, I am authorized to conduct the relevant negotiations;
  • I have the required legal capacity or act with the involvement of a legal representative.

10. Form checkbox wording

I give separate consent to the processing of my personal data to consider my Leinge pilot or cooperation request under the Contact Request Consent and the Privacy Policy.
