2. Categories of cookies and similar technologies

2.1. Necessary

These technologies are used for security, form protection, saving cookie preferences and maintaining a technical session. Necessary technologies cannot be disabled through the banner where they are required to implement the user's chosen settings or process a request securely.

2.2. Analytics

Analytics technologies are used only after separate affirmative consent to analyse visited screens, referral sources, session duration and form interactions. Analytics is a first-party part of Leinge and runs on the Website's server. Yandex Metrica, advertising pixels, retargeting and session-content recording are not used.

3. Cookie inventory

The Website uses its own leinge_cookie_consent cookie to save the user's choice. This is a necessary host-only cookie for leinge.com, with path /; no Domain attribute is set.

The cookie contains a random consent_id, consent version cookie-consent-1.1-2026-09-01, the selected category values and a technical timestamp. It does not contain a name, email address or phone number. It is stored for 1 year from the latest choice.

The value is stored in the user's browser, while the server-side consent record is stored in Leinge's database on a Russian server at the RU-MSK-UGR data centre, Building 147, 2 Ugreshskaya Street, Pechatniki Municipal District, Moscow, 115088, Russia. Cookie contents are not passed to analytics or advertising services. No cross-border transfer takes place.

The choice can be changed through the Cookie settings link. The cookie can be deleted by Website code or manually through browser settings.

The cookie is set with Secure, SameSite=Lax and path /. As a host-only cookie, it has no Domain attribute. HttpOnly is not used where the Website interface needs to read the user's current choice on the client side.

After analytics consent is given, the technical keys leinge_analytics_session_id, leinge_analytics_site_open and leinge_analytics_waitlist_view are created in sessionStorage. They exist only in the current browser tab and are removed when the tab closes or consent is withdrawn.

4. Server-side cookie consent record

Leinge's Russian database stores:

  • a random consent_id;
  • consent version cookie-consent-1.1-2026-09-01;
  • the date and time of the choice;
  • the selected categories;
  • the date and time of changes or withdrawal;
  • the minimum technical information needed to demonstrate the choice and prevent abuse.

The primary database is hosted on a server provided by Individual Entrepreneur Gleb Aleksandrovich Artamanov (SkyStark), INN 500717486839, OGRNIP 312500724100057. Its physical location is the RU-MSK-UGR data centre, Building 147, 2 Ugreshskaya Street, Pechatniki Municipal District, Moscow, 115088, Russia. No cross-border transfer takes place.

The server-side consent record may be retained for 3 years after the relevant choice expires, is replaced or is withdrawn, to demonstrate compliance with personal data processing requirements.

5. Leinge first-party analytics

After consent is given, the server receives random pseudonymized visitor and session identifiers, event date and time, the visited screen, whether form completion started and the submission result, technical error category, referring domain, UTM parameters, interface language and theme, device type and browser family.

Raw IP addresses, full User-Agent strings, precise locations, names, email addresses, organizations, comments and other form field values are not recorded in the analytics database. The request's IP address is used only briefly for rate limiting and is stored solely as an irreversible HMAC value in a technical counter.

Detailed analytics events are retained for no more than 90 days. Daily aggregate metrics and pseudonymized identifiers needed to count new and returning visitors are retained for no more than 12 months. Data is stored in Leinge's primary Russian database and is not passed to a third-party analytics service.

Yandex Metrica is not enabled on the Website: its code is not loaded and its cookies and browser-storage keys are not created.

6. Yandex SmartCaptcha

Yandex SmartCaptcha, provided by Yandex.Cloud LLC, protects active forms. During verification, it receives the IP address, HTTP headers, form address, technical request parameters and a single-use token. Names, email addresses, organizations and comments are not passed to the service.

7. Cookie banner

The cookie banner lets users accept the available categories, reject optional technologies or customize their choice. Necessary technologies are always enabled. Optional categories are not enabled in advance. The choice, its date and time, and its version are recorded in the Russian database. Users may change or withdraw their choice at any time through the Cookie settings link.

8. Withdrawing consent and deleting cookies

Users may:

  1. open the permanent Cookie settings link;
  2. disable optional categories;
  3. save the new choice;
  4. delete cookies manually through browser settings.

When analytics consent is withdrawn, the Website immediately stops sending new analytics events and removes analytics keys from sessionStorage. Previously collected data is deleted according to the stated retention periods or earlier following a substantiated user request, unless an independent lawful ground for retaining it exists.

9. Cross-border transfers

In the current configuration, cross-border transfers through cookies and analytics technologies do not take place. If a technology involves a foreign recipient, administrative access from abroad or foreign infrastructure in the future, it will not be enabled until the documents have been updated and applicable legal requirements have been met.

10. Changes to this Policy

This Policy is updated when the following change:

  • cookie names, domains or lifetimes;
  • data categories;
  • analytics, CAPTCHA, WAF, CDN or other providers;
  • deletion methods;
  • storage location;
  • recipients;
  • cross-border transfer arrangements;
  • cookie consent version.
