Consent to Technical Data Processing through Leinge Cookies and Analytics

1. Controller

I give this consent to the following Controller:

Leinge is the name of the project and website administered by Individual Entrepreneur Igor Evgenyevich Lebezov.

2. How consent is given

This consent concerns optional analytics cookies and similar technologies.

I give consent when, after the analytics category becomes available, I:

  • select Accept all; or
  • open Configure, independently enable the Analytics category and select Save selection.

Selecting Reject optional, closing the banner without an affirmative action, inactivity, continued browsing or a preselected checkbox do not constitute consent.

This consent is separate from consents for the waitlist, pilot or cooperation requests, and email campaigns.

3. Necessary technologies

The following first-party cookie saves cookie preferences:

  • leinge_cookie_consent, a host-only cookie for leinge.com with a 1-year lifetime, storing a random consent_id, version cookie-consent-1.1-2026-09-01, selected categories and a technical timestamp.

It is a necessary technology and is not used for advertising or behavioural analytics. The necessary category cannot be disabled through the banner. Detailed parameters are provided in the Cookie Policy.

4. Analytics category

After an affirmative choice, Leinge's first-party analytics is enabled on the Website's server. It processes:

  • random pseudonymized visitor and session identifiers;
  • visited screens;
  • referral source;
  • visit date and time;
  • session duration;
  • form-completion start and submission result;
  • technical error category without field text or values;
  • interface language and theme;
  • device type and browser family.

Raw IP addresses, full User-Agent strings, precise locations, names, email addresses, phone numbers, organizations, comments, form contents and other contact information are not recorded in the analytics database. Yandex Metrica is not enabled; its code, cookies and browser-storage keys are not loaded.

5. Purpose of analytics processing

The purpose is to analyse visits and Website use, referral sources, page popularity and technical issues to improve the Leinge interface and operation.

The following are not permitted:

  • recording the screen or session contents;
  • analysing form contents;
  • combining analytics with requests, CRM data or contact details;
  • advertising retargeting;
  • advertising pixels;
  • behavioural profiling for advertising.

6. Operations involving technical data

Only with my consent may the listed technical data be collected, recorded, organized, accumulated, stored, retrieved, used, pseudonymized, blocked, deleted or destroyed. Data is not passed to a third-party analytics provider.

7. Processing location and absence of cross-border transfers

The server-side record of my cookie choice is stored in Leinge's Russian database on a server provided by Individual Entrepreneur Gleb Aleksandrovich Artamanov (SkyStark), INN 500717486839, OGRNIP 312500724100057. Its physical location is the RU-MSK-UGR data centre, Building 147, 2 Ugreshskaya Street, Pechatniki Municipal District, Moscow, 115088, Russia.

In the current configuration, no cross-border transfers of personal data take place. An analytics or other optional technology involving a foreign recipient or access from abroad will not be enabled until the documents have been updated and applicable requirements have been met.

8. Evidence of the choice

Leinge's database stores:

  • a random consent_id;
  • version cookie-consent-1.1-2026-09-01;
  • the date and time of the choice;
  • values for necessary, analytics, functional and marketing categories;
  • the date and time of changes or withdrawal;
  • the minimum technical information needed to demonstrate the choice and prevent abuse.

The server-side record may be retained for 3 years after the relevant consent expires, is replaced or is withdrawn.

9. Withdrawal of consent

I may open the Cookie settings link in the Website footer at any time and disable the analytics category.

After withdrawal, Leinge must:

  1. stop sending new analytics events;
  2. remove analytics keys from sessionStorage;
  3. record withdrawal in the Russian database;
  4. update leinge_cookie_consent with the new choice.

Detailed events are retained for no more than 90 days; daily aggregate metrics and pseudonymized identifiers for no more than 12 months. A substantiated request for deletion may be sent to the Controller using the contact details provided.

10. Duration of consent

Consent remains valid until the earliest of:

  • its withdrawal;
  • replacement by a new version requiring a new choice;
  • discontinuation of the relevant analytics technology;
  • expiry of the preference cookie, unless the user makes a new choice.
