Consent to Leinge Marketing and News Emails

1. Controller and nature of consent

I freely, voluntarily and in my own interest give separate prior consent to:

Leinge is the name of the project and website administered by Individual Entrepreneur Igor Evgenyevich Lebezov.

Consent is given:

1. to process my personal data for email campaigns;
2. to receive marketing, informational and news messages about Leinge by email.

This consent is optional. Refusing it does not prevent me from using the Website, joining the waitlist or submitting a pilot or cooperation request.

2. Communication channel and contents

The permitted channel is email only.

Emails may contain:

• project news;
• information about the Leinge launch and updates;
• invitations to testing and events;
• educational and informational materials;
• offers concerning pilots, cooperation, pricing plans or future paid features;
• surveys related to project development.

This consent does not cover phone calls, SMS, messengers, push notifications or advertising retargeting.

3. Data processed

The Controller processes:

1. email address;
2. name, if provided;
3. subscription source;
4. the date and time the checkbox was selected;
5. the version of this consent;
6. IP address, browser type and other minimum technical information needed to demonstrate consent and protect the form;
7. the date and time the confirmation email was sent;
8. email-address confirmation status under the double opt-in process;
9. unsubscribe date, method and status;
10. selected email topics, if users become able to configure them on the Website.

The Controller and mailing service must not analyse email opens or link clicks. Tracking pixels, UTM personalization, advertising identifiers, behavioural segmentation and profiling are not used at the initial stage.

4. Processing operations

Consent covers the collection, recording, organization, accumulation, storage, updating, retrieval and use of data; transfer to a mailing service acting on the Controller's instructions; and blocking, deletion and destruction.

Processing is automated or combines automated and manual methods, with transmission over the Internet.

The Controller does not sell the data, pass it to advertising networks, use it for retargeting or use it to train artificial intelligence models.

5. Mailing service and processing location

Email campaigns use UniSender, operated by UniSender Smart LLC. Only email addresses, names if provided, and consent, confirmation and unsubscribe information are passed to the service.

The initial marketing consent record is stored in Leinge's database on a Russian server provided by Individual Entrepreneur Gleb Aleksandrovich Artamanov (SkyStark), INN 500717486839, OGRNIP 312500724100057. The database is physically located at the RU-MSK-UGR data centre, Building 147, 2 Ugreshskaya Street, Pechatniki Municipal District, Moscow, 115088, Russia. Campaigns are sent only through UniSender; VK WorkSpace corporate email is not used for automated sending or to duplicate the marketing database.

The consent database is hosted by Individual Entrepreneur Gleb Aleksandrovich Artamanov (SkyStark) at the RU-MSK-UGR data centre at the Moscow address above. Following consent confirmation, campaigns are sent through UniSender Smart LLC, UniSender, in the Russian Federation.

In the current configuration, no cross-border transfers of personal data for mailing purposes take place.

An address is added to the active mailing list only after separate double opt-in confirmation. Emails contain an unsubscribe link. Email-open and link-click tracking are not used.

6. Duration of consent and retention

Consent remains valid until the earliest of:

• my unsubscribing;
• the Controller receiving my withdrawal;
• mailings being discontinued;
• 24 months from my latest subscription confirmation or my independent update of subscription settings.

When consent ends, the address is removed from the active mailing list. A minimal unsubscribe record may be retained in a suppression list to prevent me from being subscribed again without new consent.

A record demonstrating the fact, contents, date and withdrawal of consent may be retained in the Russian database for 3 years after mailings end, solely to demonstrate legal compliance and protect the parties' rights.

7. Unsubscribing and withdrawal

I may opt out at any time:

• through the "Unsubscribe" link in each email;
• by emailing support@leinge.com with the subject "Unsubscribe";
• by writing to 25/13 Panfilova Street, Podolsk, Moscow Region, 142103, Russia.

No reason is required to unsubscribe, and the request is acted on without undue delay. A service email confirming unsubscription is not advertising.

No marketing emails are sent after withdrawal. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing and messages sent before it was received.

8. Subscription confirmation

After selecting the checkbox and submitting the form, the user receives an email with a confirmation link. The address is not added to the active marketing mailing list until that link is followed. The confirmation link must have a limited validity period.

9. Optional checkbox wording

I separately agree to receive Leinge marketing, news and informational emails under the Marketing Consent. I can unsubscribe at any time.
